Shaw Communications

Advertised as open on 10450 - 178 Street. I get there, I learn the building has been closed for 2 years. There is nobody there! I wasted 30 minutes driving through that chaos to get there, and they are not there. This is SHAW business????? TERRIBLE.

Absolutely the most unresponsive & frustrating business Ive ever had the misfortune of dealing with. There seems to be a deliberate attempt to avoid telephone contacts with their customers. I phoned twice within two hrs to inquire about a bill & was put through to an answering service in India who said they would connect me to billing. It never happened. In my first attempt, the line was dropped, and in my second attempt Im still holding while writing this. I am intending to change my provider.
