My wife went to the Tim Hortons at 82 Street and 128th Avenue today in Edmonton. She used the drive thru. The woman working the window was very rushed, and basically forcefully passed the coffee to my wife which caused the lid to open and spilt coffee all over her legs and seat. She had also just bought a brand new baby blanket for a baby shower, which is white in color and it is now stained!!! She also order donuts which were clumsily stuffed into a bag.
