Advantage Mini Storage is a family owned and operated self-storage facility, located in Penticton, BC that serves the Penticton and South Okanagan areas. Dan and Laurie Ricard opened the business in 2004 and have been providing the same friendly, courteous service to their clients for over 10 years.
Advantage Mini Storage prides itself in going above and beyond other storage facilities. Our high level of repeat customers is a testament to our commitment to customer service. We are very active in the community by being a long time sponsor of local youth sports teams, school programs and other charitable organizations. We offer a safe and secure way to store your commercial storage and residential storage items. With our state of the art security system with individual door contacts on each individual door, exterior and interior cameras, security monitored computer access, password protected entry, sprinkler systems, perimeter fencing and lighting, we keep your items safe and secure.

With our central location between Rona and Hyundai on Duncan Ave, we offer convenient storage. We also offer the required security to allow companies to store legal documents. We offer climate controlled units, heated units and non-heated units. All our units are either drive up storage or easy access interior units. These units come in sizes including 5 X 5, 5 X 10, 10 X 10, 10 X 15, 10 X 20, 10 X 25 and 10 X 30. We also have units for interior vehicle storage. We are a supplier of all types of packing supplies, including boxes, packing paper, bubble wrap, and other items needed when moving. We offer access from 7am to 11pm, 7 days a week, with 24-hour protection. Whether you need a unit for a month, a year or more, we work for you. We have flexible move in dates, so you can move in any day of the month, and that is when your rent starts.
