Chef Lanny MacLeod does not compromise on flavour or accessibility when it comes to his carefully cultivated cuisine at Victor. The culturally-inspired menu combines old favourites like beef tartare and gnocchi with re-imagined classics such as the popular Strozzapreti pasta with a braised short rib and tomato ragu. "A lot of our clients are travellers since we are located in the hotel, but the neighbourhood is also full of young professionals looking for a classy space to spend time," says Lanny. "There are many people stopping by after work for dinner, or even coming here for drinks after dinner somewhere else. We also try our best to accommodate the theatre crowd."
